About Package

Bir Billing is one of the theme based Camp for camping experience. Experience is full outdoors with camping in Oak forest.

Camps are located in Oak forest in full wilderness and very close to nature. Location is secluded away from town. Camp is surrounded by Oak, Rhododendron and Devdara forest. One can spend nature experience at fullest.

Camping is different experience then your stay at hotel. Camping is to feel your outdoors. Food at Camps is not at your doorstep, you have to walk to dining area for meals. Hike to nearby forest area and village, hike to sunset point. Chat with fellow traveler at Bonfire. Share your experiences with them. Camping is all about outdoor. Go to camp beds for sleep only.

Camping tents are equipped with quilts, blankets, proper mattress, electricity, charging point, and hot water bags if required in winters.

We offer various activity options, Camping at Oak View, Camping at Billing in dome tents, trekking options to tribal villages, trekking to View points and forest camping, mountain Biking, visit to monasteries here at Bir and Bhattu.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Bir and Check in at 1400 Hrs
Check in at Camp is post 1400 hrs, early check in subject to availability. Relax, enjoy nature around, Hike to nearby village and sunset point in the evening. Dinner around Bonfire and overnight stay in fixed base tents at Camp Oak View.
Day 2: Paragliding and Departure (15-30 minutes tandem Paragliding flight).
Morning post breakfast check out at 1000 hr. and drive for 1 hour to paragliding take off point which is 16 km at Billing (altitude is 8020 feet above sea level) for paragliding session. Safety briefing by pilot for Paragliding activity. Paragliding session of 15 to 30 minutes with experience pilot of Travel Bir Billing Team. Enjoy view of Himalayan range, Kangra valley from air. Landing at landing site at Chougan area of Bir. Later visit Tibetan colony area which spread in 1.5 km till Chougan Chowk having various cafe’s, Buddhist Monasteries and handicraft shops. Later departure to home destination.

Inclusions

Paragliding transfer from Bir to Billing for 16 km. Paragliding session from Billing (take off point) to Bir(landing area). Accommodation for 01 night at Camp Oak View, Bir on twin/triple sharing basis in fixed base tent with mandatory requirement of minimum 2 paying adults. Dinner (veg non or veg as per preference) and Breakfast.

Exclusions

Any meals other than specified in the program. Personal equipment for trek like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc. Videography and Photography of paragliding flight, supplement charges in ₹ 500/- for GO-PRO video. Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control. Such as airline delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
